The staff was very helpful (i really appreciated their kindness). the location is convenient. Terminal 21 is nearby. the room was spacious and modern.

Excellent stay with great service
attentive staff hotel rooms
I appreciated the attentive staff. The hotel's location provided convenient access to Terminal 21. I found the bar staff in the arrival area particularly amazing. The hotel rooms provided great comfort.
I noticed the absence of a bathroom door in my room. This created some layout issues. This lack of privacy was somewhat inconvenient. The noise from the pool was quite loud.

The hotel features a well kept pool. It offers a clean and modern lobby area. The hotel provides free afternoon tea and ice cream vouchers upon check-in which IS great.

friendly staff massage shops
The hotel located close to Terminal 21. it was about five minutes walking. there are massage shops right in front of the hotel. At least three. staff was friendly.
my request for a room high up was not carried out. i got a room on the second floor with a backyard view. the pool was not clean with trash floating.
